Matt, the man behind the business, has Autism, is very physically active, prefers to be busy and enjoys meeting new people and serving his community. Matt is an accomplished young man who has experienced considerable personal growth during his young adult life. As a result of his hard work and determination, Matt lives a meaningful, fulfilling, fun and dynamic life. Matt is actively involved with his friends, family and the community at large, and has many qualities that help define him as a leader and a positive example to others.

Matt, with support, started out doing small dump-run jobs with minimal equipment. He, now, over the past 10 years, has acquired his own truck and trailer and does small moves on a consistent basis. Odd Job Matt uses Matt’s strengths and current supports strategically in order to help him connect with and serve his community.
